New Upload Process Guidelines

  • Avoid Mondays: Upload contacts and send email on other days
  • Upload Early: Allow up to 4 hours before seeing or mailing to your contacts 
  • Larger Lists: Wait until end of workday or weekends (more than 5,000 contacts)
  • Allow more time for larger Campaigns to reach inboxes

This helps our instance run more smoothly for our 1,000+ users. If you'd like guidance, we can help you choose a good time.

Eloqua Redwood Interface: “24 C” Update

Oracle made big progress updating the current user interface to the new Redwood interface (click here for background on Redwood). Here are the areas that now have the new Redwood look:

  • A/B test campaign guided process
  • Forms
  • Segments
  • Image and File Libraries
  • Shared Content
  • Shared Filters and Shared Lists
  • Image and File uploads and editor
  • Template Choosers: Available from Segment, Campaign, and Program launchers

New Add to Calendar App

Our campus Eloqua instance now has access to a new “Add to Calendar” app that allows you to make .ics (internet calendar and scheduling) files your readers can use to add an event directly to their calendars. A great tool for increasing event attendance!
