Publication Highlights
  • Lihe Liu and Francisco Peñagaricano developed EnrichKit, a tool that integrates public biological databases and statistical algorithms to streamline comprehensive omics data analysis for livestock.
  • Lee and Roy develop a new approach to study dynamic changes in higher-order chromatin structure across Hi-C datasets.
  • A collaborative team involving the Lu, Rosa, and Muir labs used comparative animal and human genomics to study ACL rupture.
  • Collaborative work in the Anantharaman and Raman labs presents a new method called Meta-SIFT to test bacteriophage mutants with novel host specificities.
  • Work from Melissa Harrison’s lab and colleagues used genomic approaches to study pioneer transcription factors in Drosophila development.

Thank you for your support during Day of the Badger!

CGSI joined the Day of the Badger for the second time! All the money raised will be used to train the next generation of genomics leaders in the Summer Research Opportunity Program in Genomic Data Science.
You can still give to support students!
