We demonstrated and discussed how these tools work at our recent User Group Meeting, and we share some additional descriptions and information for you here. Oracle has indicated this is this is "just the beginning," and we anticipate continued progress toward more AI-driven efficiency and effectiveness in Eloqua.

Feature improvements: Oracle Eloqua’s 25D quarterly update

Get Help with Marketing Automation Support Request Form

We’re excited to test a new support form for Marketing Automation (Eloqua) campus support needs! Instead of sending emails and chasing down details, soon you'll be able to submit your questions and concerns in one place. The form makes it easy to include the info. we need—like campaign IDs and timelines—so we can get straight to solving. We hope this means less back-and-forth, quicker responses, and a smoother experience for you. It is still a work-in-progress, but we'd love to know what you think!
