New Redwood User Interface is the New Normal
 

Eloqua Redwood User Interface is Live

Late Friday, November 16, Oracle updated our UW–Madison Eloqua instance and as you may have seen, it now defaults to the Redwood user interface (UI). The Marketing Automation team recommends learning the new Redwood interface as soon as possible. We've got user supports in place to support you as you learn. For a limited time, users are able to switch back (toggle) to what is now known as the "Classic" UI.

Eloqua Redwood Training Course

The Oracle Eloqua UW–Madison Training course is now available, including the newest updates from the November 15 Eloqua quarterly update. Our top recommendation for how to learn the new Redwood interface is to complete the new Canvas LMS Eloqua training course. The Marketing Automation team has adjusted this online training course to include comprehensive instructions in the Redwood interface.

Get Support: Eloqua User Group Meeting January 9

Join us Thursday, January 9 at 11 am for a live review of the current Redwood UI. Our strong recommendation is to review the materials in our Eloqua Redwood Canvas Course before this live meet-up. This meeting will address additional questions or support beyond the Course content.
