Now that the transition to the Redwood user interface is underway, we’re turning our attention this year to sharing more about Eloqua and how UW–Madison users can leverage this tool for higher purposes. Ok, maybe the Norwegian “King of the Northern Lights” is not on your Shared List, but have you ever wondered how a certain contact interacted with (or didn’t as the case may be) your email message? Oracle Eloqua Quarterly Update: "25A"

Application Updates
Oracle continues to adjust, update and improve the Redwood user interface for Eloqua with a smattering of hot fixes (to repair bugs) and responses to user requests. The “25A” Eloqua product release (the first of four to come this year) went live on Feb 15 at 6 am, and here are highlights: 

  • Added of folder path breadcrumbs
  • Created Segment and Forms Template management
  • New Shared List editor
  • Updates to the contact record foldout and other refinements based on customer feedback.

Look out for Header and Footer Font Size Adjustments

The Marketing Automation team is implementing a larger text size in all of our email Footers to improve visual accessibility as set forth in the campus Digital Accessibility Policy. We will be working through editing all of these assets in the coming weeks to adjust all text size to 16px. As a reminder, individual users and departments do not have edit access to this area of Eloqua, to adhere to CAN-SPAM legislation, as well as best practices.
