The Great Lakes Neighborhood
Social connection impacts our health in a variety of ways. It can decrease anxiety and depression, helps us regulate our emotions and it can also increase our empathy towards one another and lead to stronger relationships.

Across the Great Lakes Region we celebrate, elevate and support the work across all the diverse partnerships in the Midwest working to empower rural communities to achieve better health through education, outreach, and connection.

This month, we take a moment to highlight a few of our Indigenous Professional partner services.
