Eloqua Users,

The Division of Continuing Studies (DCS) and Division of Information Technology (DoIT) are excited to announce that effective January 17, 2022, the Marketing Automation Service (Oracle Eloqua) currently housed in DCS has transitioned DoIT.

Current service users will not experience any immediate change or disruption in the service, however, the transition to DoIT will enable faster and broader enhancements to the service in the future. The move also provides centralized funding which allows the service to remain free of cost to UW–Madison users.

As part of the transition, both DCS employees will move to DoIT. Jim Padley, Eloqua Service Manager, and Ryan Schwenn, Marketing Automation Administrator will join the Enterprise CRM team in the Enterprise Business Systems department within DoIT. The merger of the two teams, which will now be called Enterprise CRM and Engagement Solutions, will result in improved planning and execution of email marketing enhancements and integrations with Salesforce CRM.
