Register for Psychedelic Medicine, Pharmacy and Society

In a free webinar on Wednesday, November 9 from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m., the UW–Madison School of Pharmacy will host a presentation on psychedelic medicine featuring panelists Professor Paul Hutson, Associate Professor Lucas Richert, and Assistant Professor Cody Wenthur.

This panel and roundtable discussion will provide an overview of psychedelic medicine and recent activities at the School of Pharmacy, as well as the wider UW campus, including the recent establishment of the Transdisciplinary Center for Research in Psychoactive Substances and the Psychoactive Pharmaceutical Investigation Program by the School of Pharmacy.

The panelists will provide perspectives on the present, with eyes on the past and future. Topics will include history, ethics, clinical practice, curricular offerings, gaps in training, and possible industry opportunities.
