Natalie most recently worked as a project manager with the OSHSP Center for Health Disparities Research, where she supported educational and data operations teams by tracking team activities, documenting processes and improving workflow efficiency to strengthen overall project coordination. She will continue to support programs within the OSHSP.
Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. Her professional experience spans substance use recovery, the nonprofit sector, health insurance and local government, shaping her understanding of the public health challenges facing communities across Wisconsin.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys gardening and maintains a plot at Eagle Heights Community Garden.
