Comfort Tote Packing Party!
The Pancreas Cancer Task Force brought joy and support this holiday season by assembling another 50 Comfort Totes on Thursday, December 5th. This year, the team achieved a remarkable milestone by packing a total of 100 totes, all of which will be delivered directly to patients at UWCCC. Learn more!

Dr. Muhammed Murtaza Lab Update
Multianalyte blood-based risk stratification of incidental pancreas lesions

Dr. Muhammed Murtaza, Professor of Surgery and Director of the Center for Human Genomics and Precision Medicine at UW School of Medicine and Public Health, and his lab are implementing a new strategy to assist with early detection of cancer. Their recent findings indicate that a blood test has the potential to enhance existing clinical procedures for identifying cancer in patients with pancreatic lesions.
