Six tracks. Big ideas. Your day to build. What will YOU discover at this year’s conference?
Conference Highlight Video
The UWEBC Annual Conference is built for discovery: a new idea you can put to work, a fresh perspective that changes how you approach a challenge, or a conversation that sends you back to your team thinking differently.

Now, you can see exactly what’s waiting for you at this year's conference. The full session lineup is live, with practical, timely conversations spanning six tracks (learn more about our new sixth track below!) and some of the biggest challenges and opportunities facing organizations today.

On the main stage, two remarkable leaders will share very different perspectives on what it takes to build a winning culture. Steve Jones will explore how trust and everyday leadership choices shape high-performing teams, while legendary Wisconsin women’s hockey coach Mark Johnson will share lessons from decades of developing talent, building championship teams, and preparing people to perform when the stakes are highest.

Explore the full lineup across Customer Service, Marketing, People, Supply Chain, Technology, and Manufacturing, then build a conference experience around the topics, challenges, and opportunities that matter most to you and your organization.

Welcome the 6th Track to the UWEBC Annual Conference: WDMxMadison
This June, the inaugural Wisconsin Drives Manufacturing Showcase and Summit brought together Wisconsin’s universities, technical colleges, manufacturers, and innovation partners to discuss the future of manufacturing. This October, that conversation comes to the UWEBC Annual Conference with WDM×Madison, a new sixth track and the first conference within the conference.

Designed for operations, manufacturing, plant engineering, and technology leaders at medium-sized and large manufacturers, WDM×Madison will explore how to make operations future-ready. Note: This track is available in person only.

Attendance is capped at 100, so secure your spot today.
