Behind the Scenes at the CDIS Construction Site
Since the project broke ground in April, the construction crew for the future School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences (CDIS) building has been busy. Design elements include green roofs, a massive atrium, collaboration spaces, labs, skylights and a striking staircase. To make that happen takes a lot of steel, including a 111-foot-long truss that took a 50-ton crane to put in place. Read More
