SK Tay successfully defends dissertation

From Mike Wagner: Congrats to Swee Kiat Tay, Ph.D.! SK defended his dissertation about the (ir)relevance of messaging tailored to people's values when it comes to getting them to conserve water. Important, but sobering work. Congrats to SK! He has been an outstanding teaching assistant and a very thorough researcher. Thanks to committee members Greg Downey, Hernando Rojas, Karyn Riddle of UW and Mike Gruszczynski of IU and Leong Ching of National University of Singapore.
