Mike Wagner publishes new book, joins board of Isthmus

Congratulations to Mike Wagner on his new book with Elizabeth Theiss-Morse (University of Nebraska, Lincoln) Political Behavior of the American Electorate, Fifteenth Edition. The book includes new and updated elements, including a chapter on unconventional participation, support for BLM, assessment of Trump’s handling of COVID, issue ownership perceptions, a seven-decade time series of party ID, ideology, and vote choice for comparison over time.

Mike has also recently become a board member for the Isthmus newspaper. An independent local news source based in Madison, Wisconsin, Isthmus became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating under the name Isthmus Community Media, Inc. in November 2020.
