Five faculty members named to World's Top 2% Scientists' List

Five J-School faculty members, Sharon Dunwoody, Albert Gunther, Sue Robinson, Hernando Rojas and Dhavan Shah, were named in this year's Top 2% Scientists' List by Stanford University and Elsevier. First created in 2019 by Stanford University, the list rates scientists globally on metrics that measure the types and numbers of citations they have. Citations, which appear in academic papers and reference earlier research, are one important indicator of a researcher's impact and reputation in their field. Congratulations!

Additionally, several faculty members were named on the Lifetime/Career Top 2% List for their citations throughout their entire careers. Sharon Dunwoody, Albert Gunther, Jack McLeod and Dhavan Shah were all included on this list. Congratulations!
